BRIDGE Paper Presented at PerNEM 2015 in St. Louis, USA

BRIDGEr Christian Raffelsberger (Alpen-Adria University of Klagenfurt) presented a paper to the Fifth International Workshop on Pervasive Networks for Emergency Management (PerNEM 2015) held in in conjunction with IEEE PerCom 2015 Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, on 27 March 2015. The workshop addressed the unique technical and scientific challenges of emergency and crisis management, which require effective sensing, communications and decision making with stringent time constraints in dynamic environments. The BRIDGE paper, entitled A Multimedia Delivery System for Delay-/Disruption-Tolerant Networks, was co-authored with Hermann Hellwagner (Alpen-Adria University of Klagenfurt).
