Robust and Resilient Communication

The goal of this concept case is to  to create an ad-hoc networking infrastructure that provides networking services on an incident site. The so called BRIDGE Mesh network allows other systems to exchange data locally or send them to other networks such as the Internet. The HelpBeacons application allows people to use their smart phones to advertise their need for help.
